Carrot Top

Yesterday David's first tooth poked through on his lower jaw.  He's pretty proud of it as he'll flash that gummy smile at Mommy no matter what she does.  So today it was time for him to have his first bite of solid food.  Carrots!!

David:  "What's this?  It's looks all orange and pasty and has a weird smell....."

David: "This isn't milk unless Mom's been eating pumpkins or something....."

David: "HEY!!  It tastes good!!!"

David: "I like it even!!!"

David: "Mmmm......man, that's good..."

David: "Here, let me try some more...."

David: "More!"

David: "This orange milk is GREAT!!!!"

David: "Here, bring that stuff over here, Mom....."

David: "KEEP shoveling!!!"

David: "This orange milk gets everywhere!!!!"

David: "Boy I can't WAIT for my next diaper change.....oh MOMMY!!!  I've got something for ya!!! Mwuh-hahahahahahahahaHAAAAA!!!!"

David: "You'll still love me, right Mommy?"

David : "Yeah....I know you will.....I'm too cute!!  She's a sucker for this smile...."

David: "I even got my first tooth, SEE??"

David: "Ok, this better not be it....there IS more orange stuff, right?  I'm not playing around any more.  It's all fun and games until someone gets hungry...."
