And Then There Were FOUR

After more than two years of Triple Trouble, another gets added to the mix, bringing us to a family of six.  Sherrie's due date was 11/7 and we continued through Friday with no indication of labor.  The doctor decided it was time for the little one to come out so this morning at 8:14am, we were blessed with a little boy:  David Shiwei Bement  (Shiwei is Chinese for "World's Greatest")  10lb 0.2oz  and 21" long.  He is a really tall, muscular boy....just big all over.  Mommy is doing well and recovering nicely.  Serena, Scarlett, and Sadie saw the video but still don't know what's coming.  They are going to have to learn to "SHARE!" and "BE NICE!  BE NICE PLEASE!"

David:  "Bright light!! Bright light!  Cold!  OH PUT ME BACK IN!  PUT ME BACK IN!!"

David:  "Oh, I can't even look.....I'll bet it's going to hurt.  What's the matter with you big people?"

David:  "After all of that, now THIS?? Talk about adding insult to injury....Oh, it was much nicer inside!!  Things will never be the same again!"

David:  "Well at least the one they call 'Mommy' seems to be a little nicer.  There's something soothing and familiar about the voice.....I kind of like her.  The big 'Daddy' looks like one of those 'doctors' so I don't know about him......"

David:  "Hey this stuff tastes pretty good!  This Daddy is not so bad after all!"

David:  "Oh yeah....this is much better.....aaahhhhhhhhhhhh......ZZZZZZZZZZZZZ!"

Serena:  "What in the world is that and where did they get it?"
Scarlett:  "I don't know but he sure makes a lot of noise!"
Sadie:  "He's not getting my room.....or any of my stuff.  Serena and Scarlett, this is a great opportunity for YOU guys to learn about sharing."

And so the adventure continues......
