Scarlett Fishing 2

Scarlett won't let her daddy go to the lake without here.  Today she once again was patient and worked her bait slowly and......"Daddy, I've got another one!!!"  She caught 2 fish all by herself!  Her 3rd and 4th fish ever!

Scarlett Fishing

Scarlett is really enjoying fishing.  She listens well, is patient, and follows directions closely.  On her second fishing trip she once again caught another one all by herself.  We were using plastic worms, not live bait, so you have to move the bait very slowly....pause....slowly....pause....and so on.  She figured this out very quickly and caught her second fish!

Scarlett:  "I've got one!!!"

Scarlett:  "I'm not afraid to hold it!!"

Scarlett: "Let's let him go and try for another one!"

Fishing Trip

Today Daddy packed all four of us up and we went to a nearby lake to go fishing.  We each learned how to cast our line, to move our bait, and reel it in.  It takes lots of time and practice to figure out how to do this properly.....unless your name is Scarlett!

And then suddenly.....Scarlett said, "Daddy, I think I've got one!!"

Today it was just Daddy and me for breakfast at our favorite bagel shop.  It was almost like a date!
