We started out the day in our pretty red dresses and ate watermelon. On such a hot day it sure tasted good.
Sadie: "That stuff is awesome!!!"
Scarlett:"Ok, I'll try it....."
Scarlett: "Mmmmmmm.....HEAVEN."
Serena:"It smells good...."
Serena: "It's juicy!!!"
Serena: "It's DELICIOUS!"
Next we got to play with balloons....it was the first time we saw them!
Serena: "What the heck is THAT?!?!?"
Serena: "Hey, it hit me in the head!!!"
Serena: "Do it again!!!"
All sorts of people were at our house. They ate snacks and a lot of big people food. We ate a few bites but Mommy told us to wait and save our stomachs for cake. We had no idea what cake was but we went ahead and waited just like she said......boy were we surprised!
This was the big people cake.......
We could hardly keep our feet out of it, it looked so good...
Enough pictures already! When do we get to eat some cake??
For some reason, Mommy didn't trust us eating our cake with our dresses on so she took them off and left us in our shorts. When there's cake involved there's no reason to be embarassed....
Serena: "This string is pinching my ear....."
Scarlett: "Yeah me too....."
Sadie: "CAKE! COULD USE SOME CAKE OVER HERE!!!"
Serena: "I don't have any cake, do you?"
Scarlett: "No, my tray is still empty."
Sadie: "HERE IT COMES!!!"
All: "Ooooooooooo.......caaaaakkke......."
Serena: "Hey, look! It's PINK!"
Scarlett: "What are these little dots?"
Sadie:"Yeah....what are they?"
Scarlett: "Hey, the dots aren't bad!"
All: "EVERY GIRL FOR HERSELF!!!!!!"
And so in we went!
It was complete chaos.......cake....frosting...dots....EVERYWHERE. We had so much fun! We're not sure which part we liked best, eating it or playing with it! When it was all done we were so EXHAUSTED....
